Low Carb Blueberry Topping

A simple instant natural topping for almond flour pancakes, another dish we use as a dessert treat as well as a special breakfast.

Ingredients:
Frozen blueberries
Vanilla crème liquid stevia

Microwave frozen blueberries until hot. Stir in drops of liquid stevia to taste. The hot blueberries form a nice liquid syrup that’s perfect to top buttered almond flour pancakes.
