Low Carb Buffalo (Chicken) Wings

You can use plain frozen wings or boneless chicken.
We like the frozen chicken tenders.
Make sure there are no added ingredients or breading.

Deep fry the chicken until it floats to top.

Dip the cooked chicken in melted butter, then in Red Devil
or Franks hot sauce.

We like to put it in the oven for a few minutes, but you don’t have to.

Serve with celery and Marie’s Blue Cheese dressing.
