Low Carb Buffalo Wings
Buffalo Wings (Low Carb Recipe)
Pour a can of Diet Coke into pot and add:
1 Cup of hot sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 T dry chopped onions
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ to 1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp thyme
Cook on medium heat. Dump wings in to coat them before frying them. Strain and fry at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Recook (simmer) the sauce during this until it’s the right thickness.
