Low Carb Butter Candies

2 sticks of unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 tsp vanilla
Sweetener of your choice. We use liquid stevia.

I then pour this into “Wilton” candy molds and freeze.

If you wait until the butter is sort of cloudy instead of clear you can put a little cocoa powder into it and it tastes like super rich chocolates.

I keep these in the freezer at all times to boost fat on a day when maybe we haven’t done well, or just for a treat, because these are yummy.
