Low Carb Chocolate Muffins

4 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
sweetener of choice to taste
1/3 cup pecan flour/meal
1/3 cup coconut flour
2/3 cup almond flour
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. cocoa (I use the dark cocoa)
1/4 cup water (can use cold decaf coffee if you like)

Mix wet ingredients, (except for water). Mix dry ingredients and add to wet. Mix.
Add water or coffee and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees. I serve with cream cheese.
