Low Carb Dressing or Stuffing


(from Gingersnap)

2 lb. Sage Pork Sausage (Nitrate Free if possible)
2 4 oz. bags crushed pork skins
1 large onion chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
2 large eggs
Sage, black pepper, & salt to taste
Chicken broth if you want moister dressing

Combine ingredients and stuff turkey and stuff yourself.
