Low Carb Fried Chicken

Use full chicken cut into pieces

Heat up deep fat fryer to 375 degrees

Dust the chicken with the spices mixed together:

• dash of Paprika
• dash of Black pepper
• dash of salt (about 2 tsp)
• dash of chili pepper
• dash of garlic powder
• dash of onion powder
• dash of poultry seasoning

Mix one egg and about a pint of Heavy cream together

Dip the chicken in the egg mixture

Then coat with Parmesan cheese (green jar kind); get a complete coating

Repeat the dips

Put in fryer (breasts first); set timer for 17 minutes
