Low Carb Mushroom Snack
10-15 medium to large sized white mushrooms;
¼ cup each of grated cheddar, roquefort (blue) and goat cheeses;
A tsp. each of dried dill weed, onion and garlic powder;
Place the mushrooms, with stalks removed, into the microwave and cook for 5 minutes until they released their liquid.
Sprinkle a teaspoon each of dried dill weed, onion and garlic powder, (and red pepper flakes if you like spicy food) into the cheese combination and mix thoroughly;
Spoon this mixture into the mushrooms, place them into the oven and broil for 5-10 minutes until the cheese gets golden brown.
Place on a platter and serve with toothpicks even as a party appetizer!
