Low Carb Pancakes
1/4 cup almond flour
1/8 cup soy flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
3 TBSP heavy cream
3-4 drops liquid stevia
Mix all ingredients. Cook pancakes in a buttered or oiled skillet as
you normally would. Makes 3-4 pancakes, to serve 1 or 2.
This whole recipe is 5.5 grams net carbs.
