Chop one small onion (for lower carb subsitute onion powder).
In frying pan fry 4-5 slices of nitrate-free bacon till crispy.
Sautee the cabbage and onion in the bacon fat
(add salt and pepper to taste).
Remove from heat and mix the cooked cabbage and onions
with one pint of sour cream.
Crumple the bacon into the mixture and put it into a oiled lasagna pan.
Sprinkle paprika lightly over the top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or till lightly browned on top.
