Spaghetti Squash Noodles

Microwave a spaghetti squash for 2 minutes until it’s easier to cut it in half, scoop the seeds out, and bake it face down for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. You then scrape it out with a fork. We’ve stirred those "noodles" in with a half cup of Parmesan (more is actually better, but then the carbs go up), and a stick of melted butter. How much depends on how big the squash is.

You could also do the Parmesan/butter mix with Broccoli as well.
