Low Carb Stuffed Eggs with Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs
Creamed cheese
Mayonnaise
Celery
Salt
Black pepper
Dill
Tiny amount of grated carrot.

Slice eggs in half, scoop out yolks. Arrange whites on a platter on lettuce leaves. Mash yolks with 3 T creamed cheese, 3 T mayonnaise. Stir in 1/3 cup diced celery. Add salt, pepper and dried dill to taste. Stuff egg white halves with mixture. Take 1 T grated raw carrot and sprinkle it over the platter to give it a touch of color.
