Low Carb “Best” French Fries

Get about 8 turnips and peel them and slice them for oven fries.

Put the sliced turnips in a bowl and pour about 1/2 cup of heavy cream over them and a bit of stevia. Then add enough cold water to cover them. Let them soak for about 1/2 hr.  This gets rid of the bitter taste.

Drain them and pat them dry. Then coat them in oil and season them (use parmesan cheese too)
and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet that you have sprayed with cooking spray and
bake on 425 for about 20 minutes turning every so often.

This comes to about 3.06 grams of carbs per serving.
