Mike’s Low Carb Cheese Pizza

  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano or Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup Italian cheese blend or mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Toppings: pepperoni ham, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, bacon, ground beef, etc. Dash of garlic powder and some Italian seasoning


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  2. Whisk in eggs until mixture is well-blended and smooth
  3. Add the grated parmesan and seasonings
  4. Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella until completely mixed
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a well-greased 9 x 13″ baking dish or large round pizza pan. We suggest lining the pan or dish with greased wax paper or a baking sheet
  6. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until evenly browned, but not too dark
  7. Let cool completely, then take a metal spatula and carefully pry up the edges to loosen from pan. Ease the spatula under the whole crust to loosen. Don’t remove the crust from the pan, this makes it easier to remove the finished pizza
  8. Spread the crust with pizza sauce, then cheese and toppings of your choice.
  9. Lightly sprinkle with seasonings
  10. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling
  11. Let stand a few minutes before cutting

TIP: If you aren’t serving this straight away put the crust in the fridge and add the toppings just before you put it back into the oven.
