Gina’s Low Carb Blueberry Topping

Ingredients

  • Frozen blueberries
  • Vanilla crème liquid stevia
  • Alternative: a sprinkle of stevia powder and a tsp of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Microwave frozen blueberries until hot or heat in a pan
  2. Stir in drops if stevia to taste
  3. The hot blueberries form a nice liquid syrup that’s perfect to top buttered almond flour pancakes. This can also be used as a dessert dish or topping.

Recipe Notes

TIP: Add a little water as you cook the blueberries if you want it to be more of a sauce
