- Frozen blueberries
- Vanilla crème liquid stevia
- Alternative: a sprinkle of stevia powder and a tsp of vanilla

Microwave frozen blueberries until hot or heat in a pan

Stir in drops if stevia to taste

The hot blueberries form a nice liquid syrup that’s perfect to top buttered almond flour pancakes. This can also be used as a dessert dish or topping.

TIP: Add a little water as you cook the blueberries if you want it to be more of a sauce
