Melanie’s Low Carb Brownies
Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate can be any brand as long as it’s unsweetened
- 1 and a half sticks of butter
- 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup Splenda or NoSugar
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 eggs
Instructions

Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave or in a double boiler.

Blend well.

Add sugar and vanilla until well blended.

Mix in the eggs and then the almond flour.

Bake in a well-greased 8x8x2 baking pan at 350 fahrenheit or 180 degrees celsius for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out almost clean.
Recipe Notes
Splenda can produce a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. Free free to substitute with a different sugar substitute as long as it is not a sugar alcohol.
