Mike’s Low Carb Cheese Crisps

- Cheddar cheese

Slice cheddar cheese and cut into 1 inch squares

Line a baking tray with parchment or baking paper and place the cheese pieces about 2 inches apart.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 205 Celsius for about 20 minutes. The cheese will become golden brown and bubbly.

After taking them out of the oven, place them on napkins to absorb the grease

Let air dry
Recipe Notes
TIP: These are very salty and can easily be a replacement for chips. Bag them up with some foil or parchment paper.
Stop it! These were so delicious. I almost think we enjoyed these more than pizza itself! So quick and easy and would be easy to pair with some veggies like sliced cucumbers! We used mozzarella cheese and worked just the same.
