Low Carb Chicken and Bean Sprout Salad

Grilled or steamed chicken breast cut in strips
Bean sprouts
Garlic powder
Soya sauce
Seseame oil
Cayenne pepper to taste.

Wash bean sprouts thoroughly and pat dry with a towel. Place in a bowl and then add cooled grilled or steamed chicken breast cut into strips. Prepare a sauce of ½ T soya sauce, 3 T sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste, ¼ tsp garlic powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Pour over chicken and bean sprouts and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled.
