Melanie’s Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • ½ cup CarbSense brand Mini-Carb semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • Heavy cream to moisten mixture about ½ cup


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/180 degrees celsius.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together

  3. Add enough cream to form a cookie dough consistency

  4. Use a spoon to make small scoops of the dough and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Press down to desired thickness.

  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown
