Nina's Low Carb Healthier Snack Ideas
Fresh apple or apple fried in cinnamon with a bit of sweetener and/or vanilla.

Ingredients
- 3 Apples
- Cinnamon
- Butter to fry
- Sweetener of your choice
- Vanilla
Instructions

Core and cut your apple into wedges.

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Add vanilla, cinnamon and sweetener and mix.

Add apples to pan and cover in the butter cinnamon mixture.

Fry until soft

I absolutely love this recipe. Personally I like to use coconut oil instead of butter but of course each person has to experiment to see which works better with their body. This is just like “apple pie”, especially if you sprinkle some apple pie spice on top. Thanks for sharing. I wish more parents prepared dishes like this for their kids.
