Nina's Low Carb Healthier Snack Ideas

Fresh apple or apple fried in cinnamon with a bit of sweetener and/or vanilla.

  • 3 Apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Butter to fry
  • Sweetener of your choice
  • Vanilla


  1. Core and cut your apple into wedges.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  3. Add vanilla, cinnamon and sweetener and mix.
  4. Add apples to pan and cover in the butter cinnamon mixture.
  5. Fry until soft
