Tammy's One Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cup plus natural creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup room temp butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- stevia to taste we use about 20 drops
Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together. Make sure that the butter is soft enough to easily mix in.

Line a baking tray with a cookie sheet.

Spoon on tablespoons of mix, leaving room between cookies. The mix will be wet but should hold it’s shape.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 11 minutes or until done.
It would be nice if the told you (posted) the number of carbs per serving was in the recipe. Not just how many net carbs but actual carbs
