Low Carb Sausage Onion Pepper Quiche

• Brown 2 # sausage in fryer (recommended Farmland breakfast sausage)
• Use 1T coconut oil to cook the 1 medium onion and 2 medium green peppers until they are medium tender.

Preheat over to 350 degrees
Spray a 9 X 13 oven pan

• Drain sausage
• Salt and pepper the vegetables

• Take ½ # sausage out of pan and set it aside
• Mix veggies with the rest of the sausage
• Mix 6 eggs and one cup of cream and whisk together
• Add ½ tsp salt
• Add some pepper
• Put 8 oz of cheese (half cheddar and half mozzarella) into eggs and mix thoroughly
• Take meat out of fryer, pour into baking pan
• Pour the egg/cheese/cream mix over the meat
• Top with the rest of the meat

Cook at 350 degrees in oven for 40 to 45 minutes
